New Vehicles Delivery Coordinator

We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Contact customers to confirm their appointments to pick up their new vehicles;
- Follow up with the service department on vehicle preparation;
- Prepare the customer’s documents and file prior to delivery;
- Finalize the paperwork with the customer, including document signatures and payments;
- Finalize the physical handover with the customer, present the vehicle, and explain how the vehicle’s technology works.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of the automotive industry (a plus);
- Attention to detail;
- Provide excellent customer service.
