Our well-established dealership in Laval is growing rapidly and is looking for a Service Advisor ready to join a dynamic, high-performing team known for its professionalism.
Your day-to-day role:
- Greet, advise, and assist customers with vehicle maintenance and repairs;
- Provide impeccable, personalized, and transparent customer service;
- Inform customers about the work to be performed, timelines, and costs;
- Clearly explain the work performed and the manufacturer’s recommendations;
- Schedule appointments and ensure rigorous follow-up on cases;
- Efficiently manage your repair orders from start to finish.
We are looking for a proactive, professional, and results-oriented individual:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical advisor;
- Excellent sales and customer service skills;
- Team player, self-motivated, and organized;
- Punctual, thorough, and positive attitude;
- Ability to perform in a dynamic and demanding environment;
- Bilingualism (an asset);
- Valid driver’s license;
- Knowledge of the CDK system (an asset).
