The Opportunity
We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant who thrives in a high-performance environment and shares our "Customer First" philosophy. This isn't just a job-it's a career path. Key Responsibilities
- Expert Consultation: Act as a brand ambassador for Ford, leveraging deep product knowledge of our industry-leading lineup (F-150, Super Duty, Explorer, Bronco etc.) to guide customers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust client database through consistent follow-up, ensuring long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Excellence: Lead customers through a professional showroom process, from initial greeting to final delivery, ensuring every touchpoint meets our service standard.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing manufacturer and dealership training to stay ahead of trends, new tech, and evolving market conditions.
- Collaborative Success: Work closely with the Sales managers and Finance Department to provide a seamless, full-service experience for every guest.
What You Bring
- Proven Track Record: At least 2+ years of successful automotive sales experience (Ford experience is a major asset).
- Professional Integrity: A commitment to the ethical sales practices that have built our dealership's reputation.
- Growth Mindset: A desire to improve your skills daily and a goal to eventually move into leadership roles.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex features and financing options clearly.
- Driver's License: A valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean abstract.
