We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to play a key role within our management team. In an environment where every department is interdependent and contributes to the company’s overall success, this person will be responsible for structuring, leading, and developing the sales team, working closely with the F&I Manager, the BDC Manager, the Service Manager, and the General Manager (Owner), while upholding our organization’s DNA and values.

The role:

We are not looking for a “one-man show.”
We are looking for a hands-on leader who is organized and a team builder.

Your mission:

    • Mentor and develop the sales team;
    • Establish and enforce the fundamentals (rigor, follow-up, processes);
    • Be involved in training new sales representatives;
    • Raise the level of professionalism in the showroom;
    • Work closely with the front desk, the directors of the F&I, BDC, and mechanical departments, and the general manager (owner);
    • Ensure rigorous follow-up on transactions until completion;
    • Maintain a team culture focused on performance and accountability.

The ideal candidate:

    • You have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in the pre-owned car division;
    • You are a team builder, not just a top-performing salesperson;
    • You are comfortable working in a family-owned business where management is hands-on;
    • You can work within an established structure;
    • You have previously turned around or restructured a team;
    • You are capable of demanding rigor without causing friction;
    • You believe that continuous training is the key to success;
    • You understand that strong leadership starts by leading by example.
