Service Advisor

Position: Service Advisor.

Experience required: minimum 1 year.

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and knowledgeable in service operations.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assess their service needs;
- Provide accurate estimates and explain services clearly;
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work;
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on services;
- Handle scheduling, invoicing, and service documentation.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor;
- Strong communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of automotive / service industry (preferred);
- Knowledge of Serti program;
- Bilingual - English / French (an asset).
