Our dealership, Chartrand Ford, is looking for someone like you to fill a role with a wide range of responsibilities! Working directly with the controller, the ideal candidate will perform a variety of tasks
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recording sales of new and pre-owned vehicles;
• Tracking manufacturer program claims;
• Recording and validating Sales Representatives’ bonuses and commissions;
• Performing administrative tasks;
• Perform any other related tasks deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the accounting department;
• Compile reports upon request;
• Perform any other tasks related to the position;
• Review sales contracts to ensure they are properly completed and comply with requirements;
• Efficiently complete sales and lease forms.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (priority management);
• Ability to exercise sound judgment;
• Problem-solving skills and analytical ability;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Basic accounting training or relevant and varied experience (an asset);
• Strong communication skills;
• Good knowledge of the Windows environment and Microsoft Office, One80, and CDK (an asset);
• Ability to work in a team;
• Attention to detail;
• Candidate seeking a long-term position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3 years of experience in a similar position (preferred).

WORK SCHEDULE:
• Monday through Friday;
• 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.;
• Permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week, year-round);
