Service Advisor

Roulottes Desjardins is a passionate team that has been serving our customers in the RV industry in Saint-Jérôme since 1968. We are looking for someone who can turn every customer visit into a reassuring and professional experience.

As a Service advisor, you will greet customers, assess mechanical needs, and oversee repairs from start to finish. You will work closely with technicians and other departments. You will proactively keep customers informed about the status of their repairs. You will prepare estimates and ensure transparent billing.

The candidate must have experience in this role or in a comparable customer service role. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable using appointment scheduling and billing software. Must possess essential teamwork skills.
