Human Resources Management Consultant Wanted – Permanent Position in Ville LaSalle – New Opening!

Groupe Couture operates 18 dealerships representing some of the leading automotive brands across various regions of Quebec and continues to expand.

Our success and ongoing growth have led us to create a new position within our HR team to serve dealerships in the Greater Montreal area and the South Shore.

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the successful candidate will collaborate with various managers and employees at the car dealerships to implement best practices in human resources management.

Your responsibilities:
- Guide managers while participating in the entire recruitment and hiring process for our new colleagues;
- Provide advice and support to managers in the day-to-day management of their teams;
- Develop and implement skill-building tools for various positions within the organization;
- Actively participate in organizational development projects;
- Participate in the annual performance review and raise process, as well as in pay equity initiatives;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and lead improvement projects (HR programs, tools, policies, employee handbooks, technology platforms, etc.).

The person we are looking for:

- Holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or human resources management;
- Has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources management, as a generalist;
- Is adept at influencing others and navigating ambiguity;
- Is self-reliant, thorough, and discreet;
- Demonstrates agility and a strong ability to adapt to change;
- Has excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written;
- Is available to travel to our dealerships, primarily in the Montreal area.
