Service Manager

Are you a seasoned Manager with a passion for the automotive industry and a reputation for thoroughness, leadership and customer service? Longueuil Nissan is looking for a Service Manager to ensure optimal management of the department, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, organize and supervise the daily operations of the after-sales service department;
- Mobilize and supervise the technical and administrative team (Service Advisors, Technicians, Clerks, etc.);
- Ensure exceptional customer service and proactively manage complaints or delicate situations;
- Implement effective processes to improve productivity, profitability and service quality;
- Monitor performance indicators (CSI, sales, workshop efficiency) and achieve objectives set by management;
- Work closely with sales, parts and general management departments;
- Recruit, train and evaluate team members;
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal procedures and Nissan manufacturer standards.

PROFILE:

- Significant experience in managing a service department in the automotive field (mandatory);
- Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills;
- Customer focus and strong sense of service;
- Ability to manage priorities in a constantly changing environment;
- Good knowledge of management systems (DMS, service software, CRM);
- Knowledge of manufacturer's standards and programs (an asset);
- Valid driver's licence.
