Vehicles Delivery Coordinator

Your main responsibilities:

- Get customers to sign the paperwork during delivery;
- Follow up with customers after delivery;
- Ensure electronic devices are connected (phones, Bluetooth, etc.);
- Explaining how the vehicles work to customers;
- Taking photos of used vehicles;
- Encouraging customers to leave 5-star reviews;
- Helping to organize the lot;
- Performing various related tasks as needed.

Ideal candidate:

- Enjoys working in a team;
- Experience working with the public (customer service);
- Basic computer skills;
- Sales experience (a plus);
- Positive attitude, resourcefulness, and professionalism.
