Service Manager

Acura Plus Blainville, in business for 32 years and the second-largest dealership in Quebec by sales volume, is currently seeking a Manager for its service department. We are looking for a dedicated candidate with relevant experience in customer service and the automotive industry. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a group RRSP, as well as a Monday-to-Friday work schedule.

Job responsibilities:

- Supervise Service Advisors;
- Prepare and manage the annual operating budget for the after-sales service department;
- Monitor and track parts orders to ensure their availability;
- Hire, train, motivate, and mentor after-sales service staff, and ensure their performance;
- Ensure workplace health and safety;
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and gather their recommendations regarding potential customers;
- Leadership, teamwork, excellent communication skills, and integrity;
- Foster harmony within your department as well as with all other departments at the dealership.

Requirements:

- Present yourself professionally;
- Experience with Serti (a major asset);
- Bilingualism (essential).
