Responsibilities and main tasks:
- Sell financing, life and health insurance, various types of coverage, and extended warranties;
- Process financing transactions accurately and fairly through financing sources for approval;
- Negotiate with financial institutions in the event of a rejection; submit the file to your supervisor for negotiation of specific terms, if necessary;
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of aftermarket products and extended warranties;
- Ensure the accuracy of the information on the sales or lease contract (e.g., taxes, signatures, vehicle descriptions, etc.);
- Prepare files for vehicle delivery and, at the end of the month, assist the sales team with vehicle deliveries;
- Perform other tasks as needed and as directed by management.
The current team is dynamic, motivated, and consistently achieves excellent sales results each month.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience (required);
- Be able to handle a high sales volume;
- Be motivated;
- Be a high performer;
- Provide thorough follow-up with customers.
Flexible schedule: day and evening shifts.
