M Mécanique 360 Farnham is looking for a Shop Supervisor to oversee operations and contribute to the team’s success.

What we offer:

- Annual salary starting at $70,000, depending on experience;
- Stable and flexible schedule;
- Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM;
- Friday: 7:30 AM to noon;
- Uniform provided;

- Permanent full-time position.

Your day-to-day role

- Manage workshop operations;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Plan and organize mechanical work;
- Advise customers on repairs and maintenance;
- Supervise work and ensure service quality;
- Manage parts and orders.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics and parts;
- Valid driver’s licence;
- Autonomous, resourceful, and organized;
- Positive, dynamic, and persistent attitude;
- Strong team player;
- Excellent customer service skills.
