Solution Mazda, part of Groupe Solution, is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Used Vehicle Director to join our team.

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about the automotive industry and capable of managing inventory while maximizing the profitability of the used vehicle department.


Responsibilities

Manage the used vehicle inventory

Evaluate trade-ins and purchase vehicles at auctions

Develop pricing and marketing strategies

Maximize inventory turnover and profitability

Collaborate closely with the sales team

Monitor market trends and competition


Qualifications

Experience in used vehicle management (strong asset)

Good knowledge of the automotive market

Leadership and strong organizational skills

Results-driven mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
