We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Consulting team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Toronto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The National Fleet Transportation Consultant is responsible for enhancing the safety, efficiency, and workforce strategy of fleets across North America. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with safety regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and developing workforce strategies to support operational excellence and driver engagement.

We will count on you to:
 

  • Use deep industry knowledge to create clear, impactful presentations and communications for internal teams and client meetings.
  • Develop pricing models and proposals for complex projects to strengthen existing client relationships and attract new business.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on project strategies, methodologies, and tools to effectively manage risks.
  • Design and implement strategies to grow client partnerships and expand business opportunities.
  • Analyze industry trends in risk management to deliver practical insights that improve clients risk and business environments.
  • Lead small projects independently and take on increasing responsibility for managing more complex or unique projects.
  • Support the practice leveraging other Risk Consulting expertise and network
  • Align with global and regional business developments, not limited for expanded services, but marketing and industry though leadership.
