Responsibilities - Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Assistant Sales Manager must:

- Advise customers on the purchase of a pre-owned car;
- Take the “T.O.” and assist sales representatives with their transactions;
- Assist the Sales Manager with various tasks such as vehicle appraisals;
- Ensure the smooth operation of the department in the absence of the Sales Manager;
- Perform all other related duties.

Requirements:

- Experience as an Assistant Manager is a plus;
- Experience in vehicle appraisal is required;
- Experience in sales within a pre-owned vehicles department is required;
- Experience in team management;
- Leadership and coaching skills to help the team exceed results;
- Strong focus on customer service.

The candidate must be able to communicate in English (intermediate level), both verbally and in writing, to meet the needs of our English-speaking clientele.
