Job Summary:

As a Financial Services Advisor at Spinelli, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for providing sound financial advice and personalized solutions to our customers. You will be responsible for guiding our customers through the financial process, ensuring they benefit from the best products and services tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personalized Financial Advice:
    • Assess clients’ individual financial needs and direct them toward the most suitable solutions, helping them navigate credit, financing, insurance, and extended warranty options.
2. Product and Service Promotion:
    • Actively promote a range of high-quality financial and insurance products, highlighting their benefits and providing clear, detailed explanations.
3. Transaction Management:
    • Ensure the efficiency of financial transactions, including verifying vehicles purchased or traded in, as well as handling registration transfer formalities.
4. Customer Service:
    • Provide top-quality customer service at every stage of the purchasing process, addressing customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure strict compliance with regulations and internal policies regarding financial transactions, ensuring that all transactions are fully and accurately documented.
6. Collaboration and Follow-Up:
    • Work collaboratively with sales team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
