Job description
We are looking for a Body Shop Liaison Agent.
Main duties and responsibilities:;
- Greet customers;
- Answer the phone;
- Create work orders and prepare files / schedule appointments with customers;
- Communicate with customers and various insurance companies;
- Reserve replacement vehicles for customers at Enterprise Rent-A-Car;
- Perform various related tasks.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (French and English) with a passion for customer service;
- Knowledge of Serti software is a plus;
- Basic computer skills.
