F&I - Financial Services Manager (with experience)

SuperCentre St-Jérôme Auto Dépôt, powered by Léveillé, is looking for the best F&I - Financial Services Manager (with experience). Basically, you’ll guide our customers (whom we love and call our “guests”!) through loan, insurance, and warranty options, negotiate the best terms for them with our banking partners, and ensure every file is flawless.

Here’s what you’ll do:

    • Advise our amazing clients on financing, insurance, and warranty options that fit their needs (and you’ll meet a lot of clients!);
    • Of course, manage financial transactions by negotiating with our partners to secure the best terms for our clients;
    • Super important… build lasting relationships with our clients through clear, transparent, and honest communication;
    • Maintain strong relationships with our banking partners and make sure they’re your best allies;
    • Ensure everything is 100% compliant with industry standards and regulations (no surprises and no hiding anything here!);
    • Keep an eye on performance metrics (KPIs) and step in to correct the course if needed;
    • Contribute to the team atmosphere by sharing your good humor (and your pro tips!).

You’re probably the person we’re looking for:

    • You have at least 3 years of experience in F&I / Financial Services (you don’t need gray hair, but you already know the ropes!);
    • You’re results-driven and love hitting (and exceeding!) targets;
    • You have a charm that melts everyone’s heart (even the grumpiest customers);
    • You’re an outstanding team player and a whiz at negotiating with financial partners;
    • Your integrity and honesty are unwavering—trust is your superpower;
    • Your positive attitude is contagious (even on a rainy Monday morning!);
    • Your parents and grandparents think you’re pretty good with electronic devices (strong computer skills);
    • Your professionalism is rock-solid, but you also have a touch of empathy that makes all the difference;
    • You’re adaptable and adjust your strategies in response to changes in the automotive market (flexibility guaranteed!);
    • Your organizational skills let you juggle tasks like a pro;
    • Your English goes beyond “yes, no, toaster.” It’s a huge asset for serving our customers and guests who come from all over;
