Parts Manager

Volkswagen Ste-Agathe is a well-established and recognized dealership in its region. In order to better meet the demands of our ever-growing customer base, we are looking for a manager for our parts department.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the parts department;
- Maintain tight control of parts inventory (reduction, purchases, etc.);
- Rotate and optimize parts inventory;
- Work closely with the service department;
- Ensure that customers and technicians receive impeccable service;
- Achieve objectives as defined by management.

Job requirements:

- Experience in a parts department (REQUIRED);
- Knowledge of Serti and Etka software (an asset);
- Be thorough in performing tasks and managing the department;
- Be a good leader;
- Demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail.
