Brossard Hyundai is looking for a New Vehicles Sales Consultant who is passionate about customer service and motivated to achieve results. The successful candidate will accompany customers throughout the purchasing process to provide them with a professional, transparent, and personalized experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers at the dealership and identify their vehicle needs.
- Present and explain the features of new Hyundai vehicles.
- Conduct test drives with customers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up with customers before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of products, promotions, and financing options.
- Collaborate with the sales and financing team to ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Actively participate in achieving sales objectives.
Desired profile:
- Sales experience, ideally in the automotive field (an asset).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, professional, and results-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple files at once.
- Valid driver's license.
