Your responsibilities:
• Effectively manage the operations of the service department;
• Supervise, motivate, and support the team of technical advisors and technicians;
• Ensure a high-level customer experience that meets the standards of the manufacturer and the company;
• Implement processes to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction;
• Take a practical and proactive approach to strengthen collaboration and synergy within the team;
• Participate in the development and monitoring of the department's performance objectives.
Required profile:
• Solid experience in a similar role;
• High standard of customer service;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a highly organized approach;
• Ability to take a practical approach that fosters synergy among team members;
• A strong, motivating, and respectful leader who listens to their team;
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively;
• Good knowledge and understanding of occupational health and safety.
