Job summary:

As a vehicles Sales Representative at Spinelli Volkswagen, you will be responsible for selling vehicles according to gross profit, sales volume, and customer satisfaction standards. You will also be required to explain the performance, operation, and benefits of products to potential customers, whether in the showroom, by phone, or by email.

Your responsibilities:

    • Customer Welcome: Warmly welcome our customers and provide them with an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
    • Vehicle Presentation: Clearly explain the features and benefits of the vehicles, recommending those that best meet the customers' needs.
    • Test drives: Organize and accompany customers on test drives, guiding them through the features and performance of the vehicles.
    • Negotiation and closing the sale: Negotiate with customers to close sales that are beneficial to both parties, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • After-Sales Follow-Up: Provide after-sales follow-up to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat sales.
    • Administrative Follow-Up: Effectively coordinate file follow-up with our financial advisors to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
    • Knowledge Update: Stay informed about new trends, products, and accessories in the automotive market to better advise our customers.
    • Demonstrate Initiative: Take initiatives to improve sales processes and customer service, thereby contributing to the optimization of our operations.
    • Attention to detail: Work meticulously on all tasks, paying close attention to detail and accuracy in the execution of responsibilities.
