Liaison Agent

ALBI Nissan Repentigny is currently looking for a Liaison Agent to join its team in the body shop division.

Main responsibilities:

- Greeting body shop customers;
- Answering calls and making appointments;
- Following up on billing and collections by phone;
- Opening work orders;
- Negotiating with insurance companies;
- Performing basic clerical tasks;
- Performing other related tasks.

Job requirements:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in the automotive field (an asset);
- Functional English (an asset in order to respond to English-speaking customers).

Working conditions:

- Full-time position Monday through Thursday (7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and Friday (7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.);
- Salary to be discussed based on experience;
