Our team is looking to expand, so we want to surround ourselves with the BEST!

Your main responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and establish a relationship of trust;
    • Qualify customers and listen to their needs;
    • Explain the features of the different models to customers in order to guide them in their choice;
    • Stay in constant communication with customers and provide after-sales follow-up;
    • Conduct test drives with customers;
    • Work closely with Financing Advisors;
    • Accompany customers through all the steps leading up to vehicle delivery;
    • Keep your knowledge up to date on the different models and warranty products offered.

Job requirements:

    • At least one year of experience in automotive sales, preferably with used vehicles;
    • Provide exceptional customer service;
    • Be bilingual (French and English);
    • Have a valid driver's licence;
    • Be well-organized, thorough, consistent, motivated, and dynamic;
    • Be available every other weekend and 2-3 evenings per week.
