A major automotive group is looking for a parts clerk.
The auto parts clerk is responsible for greeting customers at the counter, answering the phone, searching for parts requested by customers, informing them of costs and availability, and delivering parts. The candidate must handle billing, arrange for parts pickup, and receive payment. The clerk must provide excellent customer service at all times.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service on the phone and at the counter;
- Ensure that customers are served quickly;
- Communicate with customers as needed to resolve their issues as quickly as possible;
- Knowledge of the Serti computer system is an asset.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 to $90,000 per year (depending on experience and performance) as well as group insurance.
