Parts Manager

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to perform in order to develop and make our parts department profitable.

Your job, in conjunction with management, will be to ensure the efficient and profitable management of your department, including, but not limited to:

- Supervising the daily operations of the parts department;
- Keeping close control of parts inventory (reduction, purchases, etc.);
- Rotating and optimizing parts inventory;
- Working closely with the service department;
- Providing ongoing training to employees under your supervision;
- Ensuring that customers and technicians receive impeccable service;
- Achieve objectives as defined by management.

Required profile:

- Solid experience as a Parts Manager in an automotive dealership;
- Good knowledge of the appropriate software for the department (Serti and others);
- Team player, motivator;
- Customer service and results-oriented.

- Competitive salary and performance bonus (depending on experience and performance, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year);
