Job description
Our dynamic automotive company is looking for an organized and proactive Liaison Agent to coordinate and communicate between the various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise between customers, partners, and the internal team;
• Coordinate communications and follow up on files;
• Respond to requests and direct customers to the right resources;
• Provide administrative follow-up and update files;
• Participate in improving internal services and processes.
Desired profile:
• Excellent communication skills;
• Organizational skills and autonomy;
• Experience in customer service or coordination (an asset);
• Interest or experience in the automotive field;
• Bilingualism: basic French/English;
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
