Job description
Ford – Cowansville.
A well-established company in the region, our Ford dealership in Cowansville stands out for its professionalism, customer service, and commitment to performance. We are currently looking for a motivating and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our team to new heights.
Your role – reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the new vehicle sales department and for leading your team.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed objectives (volume, margins, F&I penetration, customer satisfaction);
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team;
- Ensure compliance with Ford manufacturer standards, processes, and programs;
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement effective action plans;
- Manage inventory and optimize vehicle turnover;
- Actively participate in the recruitment, training, and development of sales consultants;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Work closely with senior management, the service department, and financing;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
Required profile:
- Significant experience in automotive sales management;
- Motivational leadership and developed strategic sense;
- Strong focus on results and customer service;
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage performance;
- Proven communication and negotiation skills;
- Professionalism, rigor, and team spirit.
Working conditions:
