We are looking for a motivated and organized Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team at our car dealership. The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting management of the sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and process vehicle purchase invoices.
- Prepare and record vehicle sales.
- Track payments for vehicles sold.
- Verify daily reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy.
- Perform all other related accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
- Accounting experience in the automotive sector (an asset).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of CDK and One-Eighty software (an asset).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
