Job Description
NAPA/CMAX stores offer paint products, equipment, and supplies for body repair, a complete system for aerosol paint mixing, and have expertise in color matching.
We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist for our CMAX paint division located in Winnipeg.
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you play a key role in the customer experience. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise to store employees and customers. Additionally, you will ensure the effective use of CMAX paint and body products and recommend best practices for preventive maintenance.
Your main responsibilities:
- Be the first responder to customer and store inquiries regarding color correction and technical support in your assigned territory.
- Develop technical training tools on industrial products to enhance knowledge and skills to drive sales growth.
- Be responsible for mixing various paint products to meet customer needs.
- Develop the territory and promote new equipment/products to current and potential clients.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need, among other things:
- Technical experience in the automotive paint and body industry.
- Knowledge of body shop operations (an asset).
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Bilingualism in French and English, as you will frequently collaborate with colleagues/clients across Canada.
