Position Overview:

The Fleet Quality & Claims Coordinator - Langley is a detail-oriented problem solver who serves as the quality control hub between the Langley rental team, Productions, and the Claims department.

This role plays a critical part in protecting company assets by ensuring vehicle inspection videos meet Clearway standards and that damages are properly identified, documented, and validated.

You will:

 

  • Oversee Record360 vehicle inspection video quality control.
  • Review and do pre- and post-rental inspection videos to determine new or missed damages.
  • Ensure videos are stable, thorough, properly paced, and cover all required vehicle areas.
  • Identify areas requiring additional focus or retraining.
  • Act as the liaison between Rentals, Productions, and Claims.
  • Continuously train and coach staff across all locations on vehicle inspection video standards to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Assist with incident reports.
  • Support Claims in validating damage on vehicles located at the Langley branch.
  • Report directly to the Langley Manager regarding quality standards and compliance.


This is a key accountability role within the Langley operation.

Qualifications:

 

  • Available to work five days per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Based at our Langley locations.
  • Computer savvy and able to quickly learn new systems (Record360 proficiency is an asset).
  • Customer-service oriented - customers ask for you by name.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Clean Driver's Abstract.
  • Professional demeanor that builds customer confidence.


Compensation & Benefits:

 

  • $21-$22 per hour.
