As a Product Genius, you will support our sales team by creating an engaging and informative experience for clients visiting our showroom. You will act as a product expert, guiding guests through vehicle features, technology, and model differences while helping them feel confident and excited about their purchase journey.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Welcome and assist clients on the showroom floor in a professional and friendly manner
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and design highlights across the Jaguar and Land Rover lineup
• Accompany clients on test drives while showcasing vehicle capabilities and benefits
• Provide general product information including specifications, trims, and pricing guidance
• Support the sales team by ensuring clients receive a premium showroom experience
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, new models, and technology features
