Job description
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for ensuring rigorous follow-up on:
- Transactions, “T.O.” and closing transactions;
- New vehicles sold;
- Inventory;
- CRM for all customers (walk-ins, phone calls, etc.);
- BDC department performance for incoming leads;
- Smooth delivery and customer survey results.
You will be required to:
- Evaluate your staff's performance at regular intervals;
- Train and motivate your staff, encouraging teamwork in a customer-focused environment throughout the sales, delivery, and follow-up process;
- Work with precise measurement units to stay informed of the performance of your sales, financing, and delivery departments at all times;
- Evaluate used vehicles and ensure that title documents are in order;
- Have excellent knowledge of your programs in order to increase gross profits on new vehicles and after-sales marketing penetration (finance and insurance).
- Control and supervise lease renewal activities.
