Sales Consultant - Vernon Nissan

Vernon Nissan is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance and results. As a Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs while delivering an exceptional buying experience from the first conversation through to delivery.

Whether you bring previous automotive sales experience or a strong background in customer service or retail sales, we provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do
 

• Welcome customers to the dealership and create a professional, positive buying experience
• Build relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs
• Guide customers through test drives, vehicle features, and purchase options
• Generate new business through follow-up, referrals, and community engagement
• Present financing and leasing options in partnership with the Finance team
• Maintain strong product knowledge of Nissan vehicles, features, and current promotions
• Work toward achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For
 

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
• Sales or customer service experience (automotive experience is an asset)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfort using technology such as CRM systems and digital sales tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
