Job description

Plaza Kia of , part of the Plaza Auto group, is looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to join the team in a Part Time Role. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact with customers in person and by telephone, and must represent the dealership in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

Qualifications:
 

  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Organization, Multi-Tasking Skills, and attention to detail.
  • Customer friendly attitude when greeting customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Google Suite.
  • Previous reception experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.


Essential Duties:

(Includes the following, other duties may be assigned.)
 

  • Operating a multi-line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individual/department courteously and professionally.
  • Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate person/department
  • Stocking in vehicles, assigning stock numbers, updating registers, creating dockets, and posting into DMS system.
  • Licensing of new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Maintaining a professional appearance, and a neat work and waiting area.


This Position is Part Time:

Monday to Thursday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience level)
