HGrégoire Toyota Brossard is currently looking for a Floor Manager whose mandate will be to motivate and support the sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Help sales consultants close deals;
- Participate in the training of new Sales Consultants;
- Participate in identifying the training needs of the sales team;
- Write reports on the progress made by trainees or new sales consultants during their training and probation periods;
- Assist the sales manager in setting aggressive but realistic monthly goals for each sales consultant;
- Collaborate in the design of improvement programs for sales consultants who are having difficulty meeting their goals;
- Collaborate in vehicle exchanges between dealerships;
- Approve transactions at the request of your supervisor;
- Stay abreast of new developments related to the manufacturer's and/or banking institutions' current products, programs, and promotions;
- Replace the sales manager when absent;
- Maintain a customer development system;
- Know and understand all federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing retail automobile sales;
- Get involved in priority transactions and close deals;
- Follow up with Sales Consultants.

Required profile:

- At least one year of experience in automotive sales;
- Bilingualism in French and English in order to communicate with our English-speaking customers;
- Management experience in the automotive industry;
