ALBI le Géant Group is currently looking for a full-time Kia Product Specialist for its ALBI Kia Mascouche dealership.

Do you know the Kia brand inside and out, or are you eager to learn and comfortable working with the public? The position is based 100% at the dealership, and your main task will be to provide exceptional customer service.

Main responsibilities:

- Greet customers who come to take delivery of their new purchase;
- Explain the vehicle's features;
- Help customers adjust the vehicle settings before departure;
- Familiarize customers with the different departments of the dealership;
- Assist with reception;
- All other related tasks.

Working conditions:

- Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.;
- Competitive fixed hourly wage based on experience + possibility of bonuses.

Job requirements:

- Customer service experience;
- Positive attitude, dynamism, interpersonal skills, and resourcefulness;
- Team spirit;
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
