Job summary:
Reporting to the General Manager, the person in this position will be responsible for maintaining and increasing the positioning and growth of the used vehicle market, working closely with the sales team.

Main tasks:
- Forecast monthly and annual sales targets and monitor their progress.
- Motivate, supervise, and coach the sales team.
- Purchase vehicles based on established targets.
- Effectively manage the vehicle inventory.
- Lead marketing and advertising activities.
- Ensure that all vehicles are displayed on the company's website.
- Evaluate used vehicles entering the dealership and stay informed of market trends and current values, particularly using available tools and applications.
- Oversee the refurbishment (reconditioning) of used vehicles.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up with all potential buyers.
- Perform any other tasks requested by management.
