Service Advisor

Service Advisor in the Service Department.

We are creating an additional position for a Service Advisor in the service department. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in our relationships with our customers and various departments, ensuring an exceptional service experience.

Your daily tasks will include:

- Welcoming customers and identifying their needs;
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance in a transparent and professional manner, then obtain customer authorization;
- Open and close work orders;
- Schedule appointments;
- Work closely with teams from different departments (sales, parts, service, and body shop) to ensure optimal customer satisfaction;
- Follow up on customer requests and feedback, ensuring their continued satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

- Experience as a Service Advisor (experience with Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac = an asset);
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to explain technical information in layman's terms;
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively;
- Excellent technical knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly with regard to new technologies;
- Technical certification in the automotive field (an asset);
- Knowledge of the Serti system (an asset);
