Service Advisor

Grenier Automobile is currently looking for a Service Advisor to join its dynamic team!

Are you organized, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a stimulating environment? This opportunity is for you!

Job description:

- Open and close work orders;
- Prepare appointments for the next day;
- Manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles;
- Answer calls and schedule appointments;
- Track parts orders;
- Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans;
- Process extended warranty claims;
- Manage multiple IT platforms.

Requirements:

- Experience in the automotive industry (any type of position);
- Passion for customer service and ease with the public;
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
