Job description
We are looking for a Shop Foreman.
This key position involves managing workshop operations, coordinating Technicians, and providing high-level customer service. The ideal candidate will combine leadership, technical expertise, and a service-oriented approach to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the workshop's daily operations: task planning, deadline monitoring, quality control, and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage a team of technicians.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Parts departments to ensure parts availability and rapid problem resolution.
• Optimize workflows by managing resources (tools, parts, labor) and prioritizing interventions.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety requirements.
• Produce reports and follow up on technical files.
• Participate in the continuous improvement and optimization of workshop and customer service processes.
Required profile:
• Minimum experience: 1 year in a similar role in a mechanical/automotive workshop.
• Excellent customer relations skills, clear communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, ability to lead a team, delegate, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
