Longueuil Nissan is looking for a Senior Parts Clerk / Parts Manager who wants to grow in a dynamic and fast-growing dealership.

Reporting to management, you will ensure the efficient and profitable management of the parts department while maintaining impeccable service to internal and external customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the parts department
- Managing inventory and optimizing stock levels
- Maintaining an excellent turnover rate and controlling losses
- Developing counter sales and sales to external customers
- Working closely with the service department to ensure smooth and efficient supply
- Supervising, training, and motivating the parts team
- Analyzing performance reports and implementing improvement strategies
- Ensuring profitability targets are met

Required profile:

- Significant experience in an automotive dealership parts department
- Management experience or strong leadership skills
- Good knowledge of parts management systems and performance indicators
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Team spirit and ability to motivate others
- Strong focus on customer service and results
