Parts Clerk

CarStar Anjou is currently looking for a dynamic Parts Clerk for its body shop department.

This person must have a very good knowledge of automobiles, be able to work with several computer applications simultaneously, and have strong organizational skills.

The main tasks of the person we are looking for:

- Receive and inspect ordered parts;
- Ensure that parts are in good condition and request credit if the quality is not up to standard;
- Identify and classify parts in the appropriate boxes according to the order number;
- Ensure that all parts have been received before the vehicle arrives for repair;
- Submit invoices to accounting;
- Follow up on parts that have been ordered but not received;
- Process returns and ensure that credits are received;
- Deliver parts to body shops for repair.

Experience as a parts clerk is required.

- Work schedule Monday to Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.;
