Job description
Lallier Chambly Honda is looking for a friendly, punctual, and versatile receptionist to join our team.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and will contribute to the dealership's professional image by providing a warm welcome and focusing on customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic and harmonious environment.
Required profile:
- Strong customer service skills
- Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Independence, quick learner, and organizational skills
- Neat appearance and positive attitude
Main responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience
- Answer and direct calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Manage payments, balance the cash register, and prepare bank deposits
- Store vehicles and coordinate exchanges between dealerships
- Support the administrative team in various daily tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
