Parts Clerk

Your role:

As Parts Manager, you will play a key role in the customer experience and the smooth operation of the department. You will be responsible for responding to requests related to automotive parts and accessories while ensuring efficient and professional service.

Your main responsibilities:

- Respond to customer requests regarding parts, accessories, maintenance, and automotive repairs
- Advising customers and providing personalized service
- Scheduling service appointments
- Performing billing
- Following up with customers by phone
- Collaborating with the team to provide an exceptional customer experience

Desired profile:

- Experience and/or solid knowledge in the automotive field
- Good knowledge of automotive mechanics
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Passionate, versatile, independent, and reliable
- Resourceful and highly organized
- Physically fit (handling tires and other parts)
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset)
