Technical Advisor (base + bonus = up to $80,000/year and above)

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our after-sales service team.

The Service Advisor will be responsible for:

- Greeting customers;
- Scheduling appointments;
- Identify, define, and sell maintenance and/or repair services according to customer needs;
- Open and close work orders;
- Distribute and follow up on work with technicians;
- Maintain customer satisfaction standards;
- Assist the manager with various tasks.
- Perform any other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong focus on quality customer service;
- Sales skills;
- Good team spirit.
