Position Overview:

The Auto Body Technician will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles that have been damaged due to accidents, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards. You will utilize your skills to assess damage, complete repairs, and collaborate with fellow team members in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Inspect vehicle damage and prepare repair plans.
• Perform structural and cosmetic repairs, including frame straightening and panel replacement.
• Utilize various tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently.
• Document repair processes and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and follows safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

Requirements:
 

• Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to auto body repair.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Certification as a journeyman or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and repair estimating is a plus.

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Thursday 8am 5pm, Friday 8am - 4pm.
