We are looking for a Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative who embodies these values on a daily basis: a high-performing, disciplined person who is committed to their customers and loyal to their team, and who wants to help build a dealership that is recognized as much for its results as for the human quality of its service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the dealership and quickly establish a climate of trust.
- Respond effectively to internet inquiries and incoming leads (AutoTrader, CarGurus, website, etc.) according to industry best practices.
- Use Activix CRM rigorously: daily follow-ups, structured reminders, appointment scheduling, and complete pipeline management.
- Present and advise customers on Honda and all other brands of vehicles, highlighting their features, benefits, and market positioning.
- Conduct professional and structured test drives.
- Accompany the customer through every step of the purchasing process.
- Offer all products that are likely to be marketed to customers.
- Negotiate and close sales with professionalism and transparency.
- Work closely with the manager to involve them in each of your transactions.
- Work closely with the F&I department to optimize the customer experience and profitability.
- Provide post-delivery follow-up to promote customer loyalty and referrals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive market and trends.
- Actively participate in team meetings and performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Strong ability to generate appointments from internet or telephone leads.
- Impeccable CRM discipline.
- Dynamic, independent, and proactive.
- Goal-oriented and focused on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a structured environment.
- Bilingualism (fluent French and functional English) required.
