Responsibilities - Reporting to the service manager, your main duties will be:

- Completing the necessary documents for processing claims, forwarding them to the manufacturer or supplier, and following up on them;
- Ensuring that the amounts claimed meet the manufacturer's or supplier's standards;
- Following up on claims to obtain prompt payment;
- Analyze claims rejected by the manufacturer or supplier and, if necessary, resubmit them as soon as possible or obtain authorization to write them off;
- Analyze and review credits;
- Provide the accounts receivable manager with the documents for processing accounting entries, receivables, payments, and credits related to warranties;
- Train internal staff on warranty provisions or changes;
- Stay informed of all manufacturer recalls and bulletins;
- Perform all other duties related to the responsibilities of the position.

Requirements - The candidate must:

- Have intermediate proficiency in English, particularly in reading and writing, in order to effectively read, interpret, and write manufacturer communications;
- Have knowledge of automotive mechanics (required);
- Have experience in claims management with an automotive manufacturer, an asset;
- Be comfortable working with different computer platforms;
- Have strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
